How this desk is organised

There are no headshots below. Bali Expat Living is a working desk for Indonesian visa and stay-permit work, and this page sets out what each part of it is responsible for.

  • Case intake. Reads the passport, the current stamp and the intended length of stay before anything is quoted, and says plainly when a category does not fit.
  • Document preparation. Assembles the file, checks each supporting document against the current requirement list, and returns anything that will not pass.
  • Client correspondence. Answers in writing, keeps the thread in one place, and repeats the fee breakdown before payment rather than after.
  • Escalation. Handles refusals, requests for additional documents and appointment problems, and explains the options honestly, including the option to stop.

Why there are no names on this page

We do not publish names, job titles or qualifications here. A credential on a public page is a claim, and we will only make a claim we can put a certificate or a registration number behind. Where we cannot, we say nothing rather than write something that sounds impressive. If you want to know who you are dealing with, ask us directly. You will get a name and a role for your own booking, which is a far more useful answer than a public roster.

What we publish, and how it is checked

Where this site states a rule, a fee or a schedule, it comes from the operator or the official source, and we say so on the page. Where a rule has not been confirmed against an official source, we say that too. Corrections are welcome. Anything we get wrong is fixed on the page itself, with the change visible, not removed without trace.
